Year: 2020I accidentally stumbled upon a catalogue about London bird eggs in the archives and also came across the diary of a bird watcher. I was astonished to discover the wide variety of bird eggs - some eggs look very similar but are from different bird species, while at times, eggs from the same bird species appear vastly different.

I chose 12 common birds in England, just focus on one characteristic of a bird, extracted elements and design the label of this kind of bird. Every egg means a little life, what a bird egg told us were not just its color / pattern /outlook. From the moment they were born, they decided their future lifestyles and characteristics. So I hope those labels can show their identity through the visual way.
